(1) Password change procedure
If you have changed the password for your Instagram account, please be sure to submit a password change request from the administration page.
The change procedure is described in the image below.
*Please note that our service cannot operate while the change application is not made.

① Open the administration screen.
② Log in with your registered email address and password
③Tap the upper left 3 lines
④Tap Change Password as shown in the image in 2.
⑤Enter new password and update it!

Please wait for a while as the operation will resume on the next business day after the application is made.
(2) About Action Blocks

*Wording may differ in some versions.
Please note that there are many different types of text displayed. The block may be lifted in a few hours or may last for several days. Once a block appears, it may appear more frequently, but there is no risk of account suspension or freezing.

If the date of removal of the date specification appears on the display screen, please wait until the date of removal.
If you take any unreasonable action during this period, it may affect your risk of being frozen, and in some cases it may lead to an extension of the expiration date. Please note that you will not be able to use this service while your password is changed.

(4) Account Suspension

(1) Your account has been suspended.
If you have just registered a new account, it is likely to be suspended or otherwise restricted. Please take the following actions immediately.
Appeal the decision
Even if your account has been created for a certain period of time, it may be more likely to be restricted if it is used infrequently on a daily basis.
Therefore, the following actions may be taken to prevent restrictions.
Register your phone number and e-mail address correctly on Insta.
Include an introduction ・Post 9 posts in your feed
We also ask that you press <I am> each time your login information appears in your Instagram login activity,
It is also important that you keep your account active for at least 2 months after account creation, such as posting feed about once a week and updating 3~5 stories daily.

(5) How to disable 2-step authentication
After applying, be sure to turn off the 2-step authentication setting in the Instagram app.
You can check how to disable 2-step authentication from here, so please check it out. Also, if this is not completed, the person in charge will not be able to log in and operation will not be possible, so please be sure to set it up.
